Migas With Egg with Casa Arte Sano Nopalli Cactus Chips
We’re excited to bring you our take on the classic Migas! Imagine starting your day with a dish that’s both hearty and delightfully simple. Our Migas recipe is a perfect blend of crunchy and creamy, where traditional flavors meet contemporary flair.
We begin by gently sautéing finely chopped onions in olive oil until they’re just the right amount of tender and aromatic. Then, we introduce our star ingredient the Nopalli Cactus Tortilla Chips, broken into small, golden pieces, ready to soak up all the flavors. As they turn a perfect shade of gold, we pour in beaten eggs, seasoned just right with a pinch of salt, and stir until they’re softly scrambled, hugging every chip with eggy goodness.
