We’re proud to share our Guacamole recipe – a true esta of flavors! We start by hand-picking the creamiest avocados, ripe and ready to be transformed. We lovingly dice tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and a sassy Serrano pepper, creating a colorful confetti of freshness.
Each avocado is then gently mashed, melding into a smooth, buttery base, just waiting to be jazzed up with our vibrant mix. A squeeze of zesty lemon juice and a dash of salt and pepper later, and voila! Our Guacamole is ready to tantalize your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- 1/3 white onion
- 1 tomato
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Serrano pepper, salt, and pepper to taste
Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 20 mins
Method:
- Dice the tomato, onion, cilantro, and serrano pepper and set aside.
