Our Fresh Cauliflower Salad is a crisp, refreshing medley that dances on your taste buds. Picture this: crunchy, al dente cauliflower saplings, mingling with the juicy sweetness of ripe mangoes and the robust tang of fresh tomatoes. Each bite is a symphony of favors, with the cool crunch of cucumber harmonizing with the zesty zing of lemon.
Ingredients:
- Nopalli Bag
- 2 cups raw cauliflower
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumber.
- 1 cup diced mango.
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 3 lemons
- Olive or avocado oil
- Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
Optional. – Add serrano or jalapeño pepper, corn kernels
Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 20 mins
Method:
- Obtain the smallest “saplings” from the cauliflower and boil them in water for 3 minutes, until they are “al dente”. Serve it in a bowl.
